Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coffee and Theory, its owners, affiliates, partners, contributors, officers, agents, employees, and licensors, from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs) resulting from or arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or infringement of any third-party right.
